As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with having a safe space to be curious about ourselves—especially the parts of us that may feel difficult, uncomfortable, or hard to understand. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that our thoughts and emotions often make sense when we take the time to understand where they come from.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent eleven years as a middle school educator and have had the privilege of mentoring young women throughout my career. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping others navigate the challenges of identity, relationships, self-worth, and personal growth.

My own experience in therapy has profoundly shaped the way I understand healing. Therapy has taught me to approach myself with curiosity rather than judgment and has helped me find words for thoughts and emotions that once left me feeling stuck in fight-or-flight responses within my relationships. That journey has given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to slow down, become more self-aware, and create new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

My goal is to offer clients a safe, compassionate space where they can explore and reconcile the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping them from feeling at peace with themselves and with others. Together, we can make room for greater understanding, healthier communication, and meaningful growth.
